Dear Network Members this page intended to help you understand Juasun.net services better and solve some of the problems you that might encounter; -How do I ensure that my computer is protected? -Is my wireless connection is down? what should I do?. -Why does it take a long time to download my emails on dialup connection? -I would like to read the Juasun.net wireless' network-member agreement. -Why should I use mozilla?  -What is Firefox  -What isThunderbird?  Three ways to help ensure that your computer is protected 1.Use an internet firewall. 2.Get Operating System Updates. 3.Use up-to-date antivirus software.  Wireless connection is down There are may be several reasons why your wireless connection may be down, do the following to determine if your wireless equipment is working properly. -Check to see if all equipment is pluged in. -Try to access the Juasun.net site and see if you can access your emails. If your can access your emails, your wireless connection has no problems. If you can not access your emails or the Internet give us a call for further assistance. Emails takes too long to download on my dialup connection -This could be due to a large email(s) in your account, the email(s) could be containing big documents, big images/pictures or attachments.
